Delayed parcel delivery

I ordered an item with Sovreiyn PPE, I got an email that I will receive my parcel on the 8th of October. I waited for a couple of hours to receive my parcel no courier came through. I contacted Fastway couriers on how far is my parcel, I was told the parcel wasn't recieved by the courier guy who work in the area I live in wasn't given any parcel under my name and that I will receive the parcel tomorrow. I needed the parcel as soon as yesterday.
