Delayed Parcel

<p>A parcel of mine was dispatched in DBN on the 09/12/2016 tracking no is 2A ********** 054 TO CPT. The parcel was misdirected to East London. I have sent an online query as i urgently need the parcel and to to date i have not yet received feedback. I went to the Fastway depot here in CPT to enquire the manager and the parcel was dispatched from East London to CPT yesterday only. With the public holiday tomorrow CPT will only receive the parcel on Monday. I urgently need the parcel as im leaving CPT for hoilday on Sunday. I cannot wait for Monday. A parcel cannot take a week to be delivered. Fastway service is tardily and pathetic!!!! Can someone do something so that i receive the parcel before sunday,</p>
