Delayed package with no updates

I ordered contact lenses on eyesupply on the 12/12/2024. Fastway collected them on 19/12/204. Today 27/12/2024 the status says "The courier was unable to deliver the parcel, the address as it appears on the parcel is unclear. The courier has returned the parcel to the depot to obtain a new delivery instruction". Not even to contact me to confirm my address, this is the most absurd update I have ever heard.

I have been waiting for my package since 22/12/2024 when they updated the status to "Onboard - the parcel is onboard the Courier vehicle."

They are terrible and I will never recommend them to anyone.
