transaction history 19.12.25 - notice received parcel on route for delivery 22.12.2025 - my payment has been recieved. - 23.122025 - I call after 3 hours finally phone is answered Im told the parcel will be delivered same day. my childrens xmas gifts 27.12.2025 @ 16.10pm- parcel @ OR TAMBO. - im in CT 27.12.2025 - parcel has been pciked up in Johannesburg. - WHAT HAPPENED TO 23.12.2025 IN CT ? 31.12.2025 - Parcel in CT - Really Now ? .2.1.2025 - parcel has been left in NORTH BAY 05.1.2026 - 8.20 am Parcel en route and in the courier vehicle - 05.1.2026 = 19.34pm - Consignee rejected the delivery - FROM N.BAY TO DELIVERY AREA SHOULD BE 1HR MAX. What happened from 8.20 - 19.34 06.1.2026 7.44AM - PARCEL ON BOARD COURIER VEHICEL 6.1.2026 - 18.38PM - Parcel left at North Bay 7.1.2026 - 8.02.am - PARCEL ON BOARD COURIER VEHICEL 7.1.20236 - 17.02 - still no delivery and excess of more that 2 hours and still nobody answers the phones I have 4 parcels with no further feedback from the remaining 3 orders. I have sent emails with no response Im expecting my children's Xmas Gifts damaged in 2027 FastWay Couriers leave nothing for the imagination. lies telephonically and continuous lies throughout the process.
