Delayed delivery with no explanation.

I was supposed to have received my order within 3 business days, it has now been 2 weeks of “your order is out for delivery”, and “sorry we couldn’t get to you…”. At this point, I am wondering if they still do have my order, and if it’s still in good condition. The client has sent me messages to review their product, and I have nothing to review because the courier service they used is ***********!
