Delayed delivery

Fastway couriers is nonsense, my Temu parcel has since been stuck with them and they dnt want to deliver, I call everyday and the Agents keep saying they will escalate the issue. I call literally everyday out of ddesperation I'm always told it will be delivered today but nothing . If you have important parcels and has to be delivered by fastway you better be prepared for delays and disappointments. I hate fastway with all my heart n I will never use t again, my business has stopped simply because my parcel is there by their warehouse in islands n can't be delivered to boksburg just imagine!! They keep scheduling delivery and no matter how much you call n follow all the steps they tell you to,they will not be any progress and they dnt even care,all they do is keep lying n promising deliver but never delivers. Im so missed and frustrated but I guess they're is nothing I can do, unless I personally go to them and maybe collect it.
