Delayed delivery

If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would. My parcel was in Transit from "the depot" since 5am. I spent the whole day trying to contact someone to find out where it is or when the estimated delivery date would be. The status never updated on the website, I got a reply on their WhatsApp saying that my item is out for delivery. I subsequently organised someone to be there to receive the parcel. Next thing I know the status on their website update saying my parcel has been left somewhere and would be delivered in the next delivery window. I'm still astonished at how bad this courier service is, I've used may different courier but this is absolutely ridiculous. I would be okay with the delay if only some kind of communication was being sent out to me. Instead I'm having to chase the delivery all over Cape Town.
