Delay in receiving parcel from fastway couriers

I have been waiting for my parcel from China and the shipping released it on the 20th of March, when I tracked it, it was between Bloemfontein and Kimberley I'm not sure because from Johannesburg it was sent to Kimberley and to Bloemfontein I don't know how. Yesterday I sent an email to them and a lady by the name of Portia K said that she will get back to me, she never responded until now. These people need to up their services, it's utterly poor.
