Delay in arrival

I've placed an order with a online shop. They've sent out the two parcel on the 4th of July already. Today marks the 15th and after a few calls them having my address wrong not bothering to call me to find the problem. I still don't have one of my parcels. The one came on the 13th but still nothing on the other one. I'm really upset
