Defeated

One thing I know for sure about Fastway I that they don't have a single care in the world. They won't bother replying or following up on any hellopeter complaint or even reply your email. Calling is pointless too because they will tell you absolutely nothing. This is truly the last time I'm doing business with. I cant be experiencing problems with every single shipment. That's no way to do business. They collected my package on the 19th and till today they haven't delivered it. Just sitting with it just for vibes. Delivery address is literally less than 15km from where they picked it up but for days they are just sitting with it and only them and God know why.
