<p>While I was waiting for a parcel to be delivered today, I phoned the courier responsible for the South Coast to find out when they were due to deliver. The courier told me they were in my area and had the parcel and would be at my address in the next fiteen to twenty minutes. Great! I waited and waited and waited, no courier. I phoned again and this time the courier told me that they DID NOT have any deliveries for my address or even in my area that day! I checked the tracking and saw that my parcel had been returned to the depot. So the courier had **** to me about my delivery! This is completely unacceptable, for a business to lie to a customer and deceive them like this. </p> <p>I will be contacting all the companies I do business with and cancel all my orders with any company that uses Fastway Couriers. I will make it abundantly clear to every company I do business with that I WILL NOT buy from them as long as they use Fastway Couriers and that they will only get my business if they switch to another courier company. End of story.</p>
