Day ruined, thanks to fast track courier

Hi. Here's my story. On July 15th 2024 I made an online purchase from Temu. I was then informed that my order is split into two due to the delicacy of some items. I was constantly updated about the shipping details of my order. On July 22nd I was informed that the parcel is in transit with the courier company here in Pretoria. I waited until I made a follow-up with fast track on the 23rd to find out when I can expect my parcel to be delivered. After being asked about 2 questions, I was promised the next available consultant. I got a call from the delivery guy a few minutes later, confirming the address. I was surprised to receive only 1 parcel, the delivery guy assured me that they only had 1 parcel for mr.

I assumed the remaining parcel would be delivered the next day, but nothing happened. On July 25th I contacted fast track again. Their system promised me the next available consultant again. I got an email in the evening promising me a delivery on July 26th. I had errands to run on July 26th but I thought I should rather wait for the parcel to be delivered before leaving the house. I waited until around 15h30. I then contacted fast track again on the platform provided in the email. They promised me the next available consultant again. I waited until I decided to try their WhatsApp number. I was again promised the next available consultant until I decided to contact hellopeter. It's 16h48 now and I'm still waiting and ignored by fast track. I don't know what else to do. My plans for the day didn't materialize because I've been waiting since morning in vain.
