CUSTOMER SERVICE Disappointing.

I received a message on duties and things I had to pay yesterday, which I did immediately, once paid, I received an error message on their system, yet the payment went through on my side. On their system it shows I still have to pay, I have tried contacting them and their AI Whatsapp system is so dumb and unresponsive and no matter how hard I try to contact them, I am just being redirected to AI bs. I regret ever buying anything from TEMU. Lord.
