CT depot terrible!!!!

I have been using Fastway Durban for 2 years averaging 10 to 15 orders a day with very few issues. Their CT depot has recently let them down massively. 3 missing parcels in 1 week, no customer feedback, cannot get through most of the time, rude staff. I will not use Fastway for future orders to CT and if service elsewhere deteriorates I will change courier.
