CR*** WHERE IS MY PARCEL

To Whom It May Concern at Fastway Kempton Park,

Your service has been absolutely appalling. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on July 9th, but due to your incompetence, it's still stuck in limbo. The driver called, I missed it, called back, and no one answered. Now my parcel is at the depot with no clear resolution.

Multiple attempts to contact your team via phone and WhatsApp have been met with vague responses and complete lack of transparency. Your agents can't even tell me where my parcel is or when I'll get it. This is unacceptable.

I demand immediate action. Locate my parcel and deliver it NOW. Get back to me with a resolution.

Fix this.
