Very bad communication from driver called Given Shibambo (+***) , just asking who is servicing Annlin in Pretoria, he said is not his duty to provide the information and it doesn't mean if he is doing wonderboom and Mayville then he would know who is servicing Annlin, first of all where is the team work from the organisation and where is customer service experience from the frontline of the business. We may understand that the employees get abused by the customer but on this scenario why the employee has to abuse the customers but not understanding their part as a stakeholders in the business.
