Courier incompetence

Ordered a reel from tackle shop in Witbank. Picked up by courier on 27th October. Delivery address states Durbanville (near Cape Town). They sent it to Durban. Was due to get parcel on 29th October. Now am told it will only arrive on 2nd November. Phoned Witbank branch and requested to speak to manager on two occasions. Was told by Annemarie that he is in \meetings"but will phone back. He never did. When I complained she told me that she does not bother him with \""small problems\"". So their attitude is that a R8000 parcel sent to the incorrect city and delivered 4 days late is a \""small\"" problem. That attitude sucks. Don't use them."""
