Courier guys

Good day ,

I am very much disappointed in the services I am receiving from your courtier guys. I have been shopping online for 10years and I’ve never had any bad delivery services from all the other courier companies but with you the first time Temu send off my order to you it’s been nothing but unprofessional services. My order which firstly I have been waiting for almost a month had been in your Cape Town depot for week and lies from your delivery guys claiming to not get hold of me when I work with my phone and is always with me 😡 THEY NEVER CALL . My fiancé had to call them first on Tuesday and they said they were there at 17:15 and they had to leave when they didn’t even attempt to deliver or go to the location . SECONDLY I CALLED THE LADY IN THE OFFICE TO SPECIFY AND RECONFIRM THE NUMBERS AND TOLD THEM I WAS TRAVELLING WOTH WORK XAUSE I NEEDED THOSE THINGS AS SOME OF THEM IM SUPPOSED TO DO A REVIEW FOR INE OF THE TEMU VENDORS ONLINE which is my job !!!!! Today they lie again to my fiancé that they called me multiple time when I asked the guy to confirm the number he called he couldn’t and also I went to the police station to make enquiry of the delivery car and they specifically told me that the guys never CAME TO THE DELIVER SPOT(police station parking lot in Gugulethu ) today at all 😡😡 it’s such a shame that a business trusted enough to make a life of a shopper and vendors easy is FAILING DISMALLY If my order is not deliver Monday morning I am returning the order back and I will state my strong reasons why to the Temu side and customer complaint department : BECAUSE OF YOU THEY WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS AND BRAND Ambassadors. In shortly due time I will write my review and complaint

it’s a disgrace.
