Courier delay

Been waiting for a delivery of a parcel since last week 6.06.2018

On friday 8.6.2018 i was told the package will be deliveres today but still no package and they are not helpful at all when we call. First they had a complete wrong number for us no idea where they got that from now there is some other problem with the parcel. This is unacceptable. The parcel contains items we needed last week already for an event. I will most certainly not recomment this company to anyone for couriers.
