Courier Company that does NOT deliver.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not deliver, they do not read the special instructions that are asked for on the relevant order forms. A simple instruction of You MUST phone 24 hours BEFORE delivery to make sure someone is home to take delivery. No phone calls whatsoever. They say they tried one time when we were actually home. The driver said he did not ring the door bell - how on earth are we supposed to know they are there? Customer service is non existent, they do not want to help at all. Our parcel was needed urgently by 18th Dec latest, it was in Cape Town on 14th Dec. My husband picked up the item on 20th Dec. Totally inept in such a grand scale. I do not have words to describe just how unsatisfied we are with this courier company.
