*********** Courier - Cannot find Pretoria or Johannesburg

Absolutely Useless call centre agents which feed you a bunch a BS to suit themselves. My parcel was picked up on Monday 24/02 and driven (misdirected) between Pretoria and Johannesburg - now for the 4th day. Do not attempt a live chat with an agent because you also get no information from them and it is as if they are doing you a favour to answer any of your questions. They are reading from Q-cards and as soon as your question does not fall under one of the questions - they have absolutely no idea what to say. Agent Msego joined my live chat - but only there for the sake of showing an agent is on line. I will be advising my client - O Nutricia - not to make use of these clowns
