Courier being rude and no reply when contacting fastway

After contacting a delivery driver about my parcel, he was extreamly rude to me for no reason, i het it everybody is busy but this is plain wrong. He said that my parcel will be delivered by yesterday qfternoon or early this moring. I am still waiting, i tried to contact fastway but no answer. I am very disappointed
