Correspondence

Numerous times this has happened and not to phased about it anymore.<br> This all happened in a week, 2 parcels.<br> First parcel was picked up, sent to CPT, the client did not get it. Client was also not informed about his parcel being there, it was sent back to Durban. When he queried, they said the parcel will be by him the 12th of March. Until today nothing was delivered.<br> The second parcel was supposed to go to Alberton Gauteng<br> My client contacted me frantically, screaming at me asking why his parcel is in Cape Town?<br> Well why was it in Cape Town and not in Alberton?<br> I mailed the manager there to ask, and hence no response from her either the whole day.<br> <br> I am not in the country and will be back on Tuesday and will appreciate all correspondence via email
