Constant Failing service

Avsolute frustration. They do not answer calls. They do not deliver. Each morning I get a mail advising parcel is on courier, but no delivery for 1 full week. Each time I call, only sales option answer. Then sadly Minette answers, promise to email me driver details and no email.

I would not recommend any business from using fastway as your customers will be frustrated. Rather look at more professional couriers services. Fastway used to be brilliant, but I am cancelling all my groups shipping via them and will advise more than 10 000 business clients to stay away from them. Terrible regression from a used to be good courier. Think end times ate here for them.
