Completely useless, unreliable courier don't recommend

This is absolutely the worst courier service, waiting to receive my parcel for a week, and when you phone the pietermaritzburg branch they don't answer the calls at all , when you phone the durban branch they say they will call you back but they don't, they pride themselves on their useless tracking info, it doesn't update on time, and my parcel always says they were not able to effect deliver and will be scheduled for the next deliver date. I don't suggest ever using this courier service
