complete incompetence EVERY TIME!

Every time I use Fastway a courier calls me just to say he's at a random "garage" in Joburg and "where are you" just to put the phone down and send it back to the depot EVERY TIME. not a single other company struggles with this...no calls just a package in my hand but Fastway has now done this 2 times in a row and before that actually delivered my package to a random person in my neighborhood who had to then call me and arrange to pick up. Zero help on the website and because of the complete incompetence they make very sure you can contact them, except the driver who "doesn't know where I am" and then put the phone down in my ear. One day only needs to figure this out because this is insane
