Complaint - Service Delivery

<p>Hi </p> <p>After yesterdays complaint with regards to the JSE delivery. I have also received this complaint from a customer. Please find attached. This is now the 4th complaint I have received from customers about the service from Fastway. The tracking number for this one is za ********** 770.</p> <p> This is totally unacceptable as we are paying for a service and when Jacky sold me the bags she promised next day delivery.
