complaint Package not delivered but released? 25/04 already

Their service SUCK as there is no service. They only have a WhatsApp line, which is essentially useless. I paid in April for a package and customs clearance on 25/04, and it was confirmed that the package had been released. However, nothing was delivered. Where is their DEO? Counting his money? I have a printout showing that customs was paid (and a bank statement), and that the package was released, but nothing was delivered. Who took the package home? Z*** Fastaway can just as well close that whatsuppline, it is useless!
