Complaint and I would like some feedback please.

This rating is not for the business but for a driver named Luyanda. He had my mothers package for the whole week and kept calling to say that he won’t have time to make the delivery and for my mom to meet him where it’s convenient for him because he won’t make it. We ended up doing this because my mom was desperate for her package and this guy made it very clear that he is not coming here. He has no way of speaking. He is rude and blunt and I think he believes that he is doing people a favour by making doorstep deliveries. I’m writing this review because this is not the first time he has done this but this time my mom almost missed an important even because this guy kept her clothes for a week and not making the delivery.
