COMPLAINT

I have been waiting for my parcel from Thursday..it kept showing out on delivery since Thursday last week I called their call centre and was told the same thing that the parcel is ok delivery..The agents at the call center would give me a number to call which is the drivers number. When I called the driver he said he doesn’t have the parcel, he gave me a number for another driver of which I called and that driver said the parcel is with the prev driver I called..

I called their call center again and the agent confirmed that they too can’t get a hold of the driver, hes not picking Up their calls..

I tried complaining via email, there’s not even a response…all I get is your parcel is out on delivery..

The worst service ever!!!!!please don’t even try their service.
