Communication Failure

I recommend that you remove the Facebook/WhatsApp chatbots and chat terminal on your website. Since they appear to not be staffed it leaves a very bad impression when messages are simply ignored. Having these features are expected nowadays, but if you don't have the means to properly run them, they simply create an unrealistic expectation of service delivery. I've attempted to get feedback on all three platforms and they've been met with silence.
