Collection still pending after 6 days!!!

Collection still pending after 6 days!!!

I booked a Cape Town collection with Fastway for delivery to Joburg on May 5th. It's May 11th and these guys have still not collected!. I tried to follow up everyday but the guys keep passing down the buck and giving me whatsapp numbers of different people, who still don't answer their calls or text messages. It's impossible to follow up with a call centre even. Worst experience!
