CN Express/Fastway Couriers disaster

Temu use this company from Jhb to Cape Town and from there to a depot in Gansbaai. They use a sub contractor CT - Gansbaai - Delivery. Goods will be stuck in Gansbaai up to 3 days and there is no way to contact Fastway or the Gansbaai agent. As soon as the Fastway AI cannot answer a query its states "technical problems with system. Try avoid Fastway for any delivery Overberg way. BTW it looks if Fastway has now changed their name, been taken over or is sub contracting for CN Express. However customer service is non excitant, don't think there is one living soul working there.
