Clueless customer care service

10 minutes average to answer a simple call, after being redirected 20 times by the reception and then asking to speak to a manager then the phone gets put down. Unacceptable, courier said it will be delivered on a certain day I make arrangements and then no one shows up and no one can assist to tell me where the parcel or driver is. Will add Fastway along with Dawnwing as couriers never to use again.
