Changing a bad experience into a good one

There is a special thanks I want to give to the next 3 people who actually ensured that I got my delivery.

Collin - Not sure which department he is from, but he called me and was willing to come and deliver my parcel in his private capacity after hours.

John - I assume he is from operations, he called me and made the arrangements for an after hours delivery at my home. He even followed up late at night to check and see if I have received my shipment.

Then we have Elias - The courier that went completely out of his way to come and deliver my parcel to me, even though that is not his area, he usually services Fourways. He came and delivered my shipment with a smile on his face and was so friendly.

There is a lot to be learned regarding customer care from these three gents!

I got my dress for the wedding on time, thanks to them!
