Change their name to NoWay Couriers

If I could award negative stars I would. This company should be called NoWay couriers. They have been unable to deliver a parcel for almost 2 weeks now starting on 17/07/2020 and as at today (30/07/2020) still have no plan to deliver the parcel or contact me when the courier is in the area. No effort is made to make this delivery and now the parcel has been sent to another depot so I expect another 2 weeks wait. Will not deal with this supplier (Ledtronix) again if they use this useless courier company
