Change the name to Noway!

They should change their company name to Slowway or Noway. Absolutely useless is an understatement! They lie about almost every delivery, they even lie on their tracking system. Parcels say they are delivered and signed for, meanwhile they didn't even dispatch as stated.

Avoid this pathetic excuse for a 'courier' service at all costs!!!
