Caution when using Fastway

I have never used such a slow delivery service. I purchased a package from Durban which was picked up by Fastway on the 24th of March. I also purchased another item from Pretoria and used a different and in fact, cheaper courier. The package from Pretoria with the other courier arrived yesterday, yet here I sit and am still waiting 5 days later for fastway to deliver a package from durban, 90km away from me.

Their online chat on their website, as well as their whatsapp chat is useless. You give them the information and you might receive a response a few hours later, ON A LIVE CHAT. Then, if you dont reply within a few minutes, the operator just closes the conversation.

500km courier with another company at R110, 4 days in my hands. 90KM with Fastway courier 5 days, still waiting and no feedback from their side.
