Careless idiots

I used them via Bob Shop since they're are a recommend shipping company on BOB. The tv arrived with a broken panel at the buyers place ,the damage on the panel clearly indicates the shipment was dropped or something heavy was thrown on top of it. Useless bunch that held no regard for a fragile warning.
