Cant get hold of anyone to find out where my parcel is

I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone in the Cape Town depot to let me know if my parcel will be delivered as yesterday, even though someone was hold all day, they said they couldnt deliver @ 17h39. No answer to my email I sent, no answer on the whatsapp line and no answer on the telephone line either. Not really sure, besides going to the depot how I will get any answers.
