Can't even deliver a small parcel

I ordered a small item which was sent from Gauteng to Cape town. According to their tracking info, the parcel arrived at their depot about 2AM in the morning. I received an SMS that same morning stating the package is out for delivery. but nothing materialised. I then see on their tracker that the package was left in the north bay (which means nothing to me) and would be delivered the next day.

Next day came and went. Same SMS promising delivery on the day, yet nothing materialised. We are going into the 3rd day and I am not even sure they'll deliver or not. I've already had to take two annual leave days (IN JANUARY) and I refuse to take a third.

And all the other reviews will testify that this isn't an isolated incident with Fastway Couriers.
