CAN'T CALL IT DISGUSTING SERVICE BECAUSE I'M NOT GETTING ANY SERVICE

Been tracking my parcel which was out for delivery on 14 December. It has still not arrived. Out for delivery again on 15th and 19th December. Still not here. Parcel is now "parked" in a bay for the past 2 days; now on the system message reads "parcel will be delivered on next scheduled delivery". Tried emailing get no response. Was kept on the online chat for over 40 minutes yesterday and was not even acknowledged; message was that 'one of the friendly consultants would be with me shortly'. Even took screen shots of the time frame. Disgusting service.
