Can't rely on a promised service

<p>This has now happend a few times.... When we send out a parcel to our customers and courier promises that it will be delivered that same afternoon and never get delivered.</p> <p>We ask the courier guy to make sure that is will be delivered and they promise but then they don't care. We would of made other plans to get our parcels delivered if we knew that it wont be delivered that same day.</p>
