Bunch of useless call centre agents

Fastway call centre in Cape Town is useless, i called from 4pm trying to get assistant and all they do is cut the call and put you on hold if you want to speak to the Supervisor. They transferred me from customer service to claims department or problem parcels department and from that stupid department the lady said she will transfer me back to customer service because she does not know why they transferred me to claims and i asked to be transferred to the supervisor, she placed me on hold and transferred me to some dumb lady who did not know how to help me and to my surprise she was not the supervisor and the lady who transferred me did not consult with her, how on earth were you ladies hired by Fastway????????????????. They do not have call centre manners all they do is make it seems you are the one who is at fault they were just useless bunch of people who does not know what they doing. they do not apologize and you must teach them how to respond to the clients and they not suppose to say they ****ing don't know. How did Fastway hire those bunch of useless agents.

There are some people out there who needs the job and can do better than those useless people Fastway hired.
