Buffalo Courier service is much better than Fastway

I am so disappointed with Fastway Courier services in South Africa. For days I asked them, per email, to change the address for my delivery. They responded and acknowledge receipt, even indicated that they will amend it accordingly. Yet on delivery day, I received an email, and Whatsapp that I was not home and therefore the parcel cannot be delivered. ....... I've told them I will not be home! There was 1 lady in Pretoria that I managed to get hold off eventually and she indicated that she is on the phone with Jhb depot who will reroute the parcel for me today. Yet to follow-up today I am not able to reach ANY HUMAN to talk to to follow-up. Phones, at both depots, remain unanswered, emails remain unanswered.the chat bot on Whatsapp is useless and I've been waiting on the online tool to assign me to an agent for 40 min now.

Fastway, If you are interested, please contact me as a matter of urgency so that I can resolve this issue.
