BS service

Their drivers have terrible service. I literally had to follow up for 2 days straight trying to find out why is my deliver out to be delivered but doesn't make it to my door step. I have to call them like km an idiot trying to get my things, I don't know if they think I owe them. When I called him he has attitude and asks me why I didn't pick up the phone, mind you I was ona call with a client. When I call back the call isn't answered, I called the office and they told me they'll get the driver to come back. He didn't. I called him again and guess what he's not in my area and he can't come back. Now I have to wait another day yo get my things. Your drivers are absolute **** they need to learn people skills and must speak to people like they have sense. That guys I wish I got his name but I have his number must be fired he's a ****ing bully!
