Bottle missing from my parcel

I order 3, 5 litre bottles of drink2shrink formula from Lee French who is a distributor of the product. I only received 2 bottles. It has been a month now and no one can tell me where the 3rd bottle is, or confirm if 3 bottles were actually couriered by her.
