Beyong poor customer service.

I am beyond frustrated with the appalling service from Fastway Courier Services in Nkomazi, Mpumalanga. Once again, I experienced a complete failure of basic door-to-door delivery. Instead of bringing my package to my specified address, the driver called and rudely demanded that I leave my house to meet him somewhere else to collect it. When I refused, he became extremely hostile and arrogant, ultimately refusing to deliver my parcel altogether. This is not the first time I have dealt with this driver's terrible attitude and total lack of professionalism. Paying for a courier service only to be talked down to and denied your delivery is unacceptable. Fastway Courier Services clearly has zero respect for its customers or basic service standards in this area, and I strongly advise anyone in Mpumalanga to avoid using them.
