Beyond Pathetic service and delivery

Unfortunately you can not give less than 1 Star, because the service is beyond pathetic. They do not call to let you know if there is a problem with your package. You have to continuously check the site. Then when you call, you are asked to choose option 1 for customer service, 2 for Sales, 3 for Avon (sorry, what?), and 4 for reception. If you choose option 1 or 4 you will wait for at least 2 minutes before someone answers, however if you chose sales, they answer immediately. I don't recommend using this them especially if you ate a reliable company because they will delay your client and make a fool of your business.
