BEYOND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISGUSTING.

I received an email yesterday morning confirming delivery of my parcel, even via tracking it says that the parcel is onboard the courier vehicle, I did not receive it, tracking shows it was left at Bay 2 at 22:04:15 today again it says the parcel is onboard the courier vehicle, but still no delivery, I have tried calling your customer service line, and have waited on the line for 2 hours, while attempting the live chat and whatsapp line for the past 3 damn hours. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NOT EVEN ONE MESSAGE OR A CALL BACK OR ANSWER TO MY DAMN CALL OR RESPONSE TO MY WHATSAPP MESSAGES AND LIVE CHAT MESSAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
